Dim Sum at Royal Gourmet, Hotel Premiere, Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang

Another Sunday went by and instead of the usual lazing around in bed till past 10am and such, I headed out again to Klang's Hotel Premiere's Royal Gourmet Chinese Restaurant, this time to savor their Dim Sum on what they have to offer.
During the month of May, I had visited here once for their usual Chinese cuisine ( but this time around, it's the morning weekends where their dim sum is spread out buffet style.

There's quite a sufficient supply of delicacies spread out neatly all around. On the indoor section, the room that we were in were closeby to the dessert section and so that's where I started off my picture taking. LOL
Some Baked BBQ Chicken Puffs and some fruits for your enjoyment.

By the way, this restaurant is Pork Free despite being in Klang where the abundance of Pork galore.

Some pretty and adorable dumplings in varying shapes like pumpkins, fishes and pear shape:
Also some Lemongrass Jelly and some Mango Pudding below with Herbal Jellies (Gui Ling Gao). Notice there's a bowl of Sea Coconut beside.
It's actually to be added with the Herbal Jelly so as to sweeten it up and not to be eaten on it's own.

Here's another tray with the same items with the exception of the Egg Tarts in the middle:
The desserts are nice enough for me and not too sweet.

Some Mochi and Crispy "Shanghai" Pancakes:
And after a brief shot of the desserts available inside, I headed out to the outdoor area section to look at some dim sum there.

Since this is a pork-free establishment, this BBQ Pau is made of chicken:
Some Har Gao (Shrimp Dumplings):
Siew Mai Dumpling and Steamed Shark's Fin Dumpling:
A better individually prepared shot of the Siew Mai Dumplings:
Some Steamed Fish Balls:
Even some Congee:
Which you can fill it with the ingredients of your choice:
You can also have some of these fine meats to go with the congee (although it's separate by itself. LOL)
Steam Chicken, Roast Chicken and Roast Duck.
I love eating roast duck so I'm bias towards it.

There's also some Chee Cheong Fun which are not bad in taste:
Another noteworthy item, their Char Koay Teow:
All the rest tasted just okay to me but since it's an all you can eat dim sum buffet, you most certainly can get your money's worth.

Custard Bun:
Wok-Fried White Radish Cake with Supreme Sauce:
Yam Dumplings:
There are more things there to eat which I'm unable to post all. ~Fuh~

The full address again is:
