2011 MTV Movie Awards Live Screening

First time ever, EVER, to wake up as early as working time to go to a cinema. haha

Reach this cinema around 8am plus:

Sunway Pyramid's TGV. Got a little lost finding my way being so early in the AM at a shopping mall I'm unfamiliar with. LOL.

But eventually found my way and was ready for the awards show!

Why the early screening is because I'm sure you've already guessed it that it's live from California. Of course, I'm sure there will be a slight delay on the live screenings so that there'll be time to censor parts they don't wanna air. haha.

MTV VJ Holly gave a short introduction before the screening started at 9am:

Jason Sudeikis was the host.
Well, having a live screening is a bit difficult here, hence there were many scenes censored off and more often than not, we're viewing commercials.
But we did catch the important parts of the show and this is what I caught:
Best Male Performance: Robert Pattinson, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse"
Although didn't manage to catch the part where they announce the nomination (due to Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis antics on stage), we get to see who the winner is. XD
Best Female Performance: Kristen Stewart, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse"
Best Fight: Robert Pattinson vs. Bryce Dallas Howard and Xavier Samuel, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse"
Best Kiss: Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse"
(The scene where Robert Pattinson ran up to Taylor Lautner and kissed him was also censored. XD)
Best Jaw-Dropping Moment: Justin Bieber, "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never," Performance Spectacular (Shocker! What?)
Best Villain: Tom Felton, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1"
Best Line From A Movie: Alexys Nycole Sanchez, "Grown Ups"
(She's adorable at such young age giving her acceptance speech. LOL)
Best Comedic Performance: Emma Stone, "Easy A"
(Emma Watson looked as if she's unhappy every time she's nominated and doesn't win, haha)
and Best Movie: "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse".

Also managed to view Foo Fighters performance and Reese Witherspoon getting the MTV Generation Award.

When the screening was over, MTV VJ Holly appeared again to announce and give out the lucky draw prizes:

The experience of watching it on a movie theater screen just makes you feel like you're there too. But so wish that we could view it without any censorship. Alas, this would be too good to be true. haha.
