Kaskade @ Euphoria, Ministry of Sound

Ryan Raddon or better known as DJ Kaskade, will be spinning his Trance tunes in Malaysia's Euphoria by Ministry of Sound, Sunway. The date: April 10, 2010, a Saturday night!

The one originated from Chicago is currently ranked number 51 in the 2009 DJMags top 100 DJs.
Kaskade's first top 10 single came in 2004 where the single "Steppin' Out" came in at number 5 on the Billboard's Hot Dance Club Play chart. The single also went to number 6 on the Dance Radio Airplay chart. Other of his hits include "Stars Align" and "Sorry" but personally
my favorite track from Kaskade is Angel On My Shoulder which had Tamra on vocals.

To listen to some of Kaskade's masterpieces head on down to http://www.kaskademusic.com/ and you'll see that you'll just gotta be there on April 10, 2010 at MOS to party on down with Kaskade. I know I will. :)

Little Big Soldier (2010)

About some time back, I was treated to watch this movie:

Little Big Soldier. In Chinese it's called Da Bing Xiao Jiang and it's a Mandarin movie so I need to read subtitles cause I'm not good in my Mandarin. haha

The story in a nutshell is that it was war time in China and that the battle of the Liang and the Wei has left most soldiers dead. At the battlefield there only stands two survivors, a foot soldier from the Liang side (played by Jackie Chan) and a General from the rival side (played by Wang LeeHom).

The foot soldier survived the battle not because of being skillful in fighting but rather his cunning trickery of playing dead instead of fighting.
The General was badly wounded in the battle and that's when the foot soldier took the opportunity to make him as his captive in which upon presenting him as a captive to the Liang warlord, he will be exempted from further soldiering duties which he so desire to.

This show was stuck in production for 20 over years.
This is unlike the normal Jackie Chan shows although there's the comedic action thrown in it.
But it's not like the usual Jackie Chan show to me because this has less comedy in it and less action in it. It's more of a serious show. And in the end, Jackie Chan dies. Also, this character he acts portrays him as a weak fighter (except for the scene where he was dreaming).

Personally, I find it quite a bore so to me it was 2 stars out of 5.

Sanbanto Cafe SS2

The Thursday that went by, I took a group of my friends to go try out this pork place called Sanbanto at SS2. mmmm, I love pork. :P
Especially bacon!

I don't wanna be bias and all (since I love pork very much) but you should go try it out for yourself to judge. For me, this'll be the new Chilis for me. Yums. ^.^

For my meal that night, this is what I ordered:

Cheeseburger with bacon in it, side dishes of fries and salad.
To me, this is the tastiest dish I've ever tasted so far at this place.
The bacon is nice, the burger is juicy and tender, the fries is crispy and at a right temperature when you take a bite of it and the salad goes incredibly well with the dressing that they put in, it's almost heavenly. I'm not sure, but I think it's the Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing that they put in. Because I can taste a bit of honey on it.

Later, with the arrival of friends, this is what they ordered:

This is the braised pork knuckle and with the March promotion, this is a serving for one that comes with

butter rice.
Other dishes ordered were:

This is called BHLT sandwich. They said BHLT stands for Bacon, Ham, Lettuce and Tomato woh.
Unfortunately, my friend wasn't lucky that night and there was a worm in her salad. haha.
Good thing she didn't bite it down. But the management was kind enough to change the salad and offered not to charge for the sandwich.
And the other item ordered was:

pork chop. The sauce that they gave to go along with it wasn't quite towards my liking because it's sweet. It don't seem to blend for me with the sweet sauce over the pork chop.

This will be my new hangout place to bring my friends instead of Chilis since it's nearer. haha

The place is same row with the famous Chinese shop, KTZ.
Address is:
32, SS2/63, 47300 PJ, Selangor.

tyDi At Euphoria, Ministry of Sound

This coming 20th of March, tyDi, the number 1 DJ in Australia for 2 years in a row will be performing at the Ministry of Sound, Euphoria, Sunway. tyDi was ranked number 52 in the DJ Mag Top 100 at 2009.

He has already released his debut album entitled Look Closer and his tracks are signed on labels all across the globe even with the world number one DJ Armin van Buuren's label named Armada.

tyDi's trance type of tunes will surely be rocking the place and I wouldn't wanna miss it.
I wanna party with tyDi this 20th March because I wanna immerse myself with his sweeping music and lose the jitters and blues away to get my emotional clutter back into a neat shape again! No more moping in my misery! No more wallowing in my sorrow! Welcome back my smiles! Hello again my laughter~

Anyone wanna join me? :D
