Uniquely Singapore - Link Hotel

The massive amount of bloggers awaiting to depart to Singapore from KL.

Had the privilege to attend the Nuffnang Asia-Pacific Blog Awards 2009 thanks to Nuffnang where me and the other bloggers were put up at the Link Hotel, the official accommodation hotel for the Blog Awards.

The interior of the hotel.

A see-through ceiling that you can gaze upon the sky!

Another view of the interior of the hotel.

This hotel is the largest heritage boutique hotel in Singapore.
There are four different ethnic themes rooms, Chinese, Indian, Malay and Modern Style.

A view of the room that I stayed in.

My room I guess is the Chinese-themed room judging from the decor like the table lamp and the handles of the drawers/cabinets.

There are three different eating outlets in the hotel. One would be the buffet restaurant called Celestial which serves Asian cuisines. Another one would be the Louvre Cafe and one more is the Breeze beer garden located on the rooftop.

This hotel is so huge that not only it took up a whole entire building:

but it has an air-conditioned linked bridge:

to get to the other building which is also Link Hotel!

My stay was a comfortable one but I have to say, it's really quite a distance from my room to the main hotel lobby. XD
I have to walk:

take a lift, and walk:

past the bridge:

and walk:

before taking a lift down to the lobby. haha

The hotel is located at Tiong Bahru Road, Bukit Merah so the nearest MRT station would be Tiong Bahru and Outram.
